GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Banking and Insurance ; Latvala ; King ; Peaden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell

Health Insurance; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1286,1134,1008) provides legislative findings & intent; provides for pilot program for health flex plans for certain uninsured persons; authorizes AHCA & Insurance Dept. to adopt rules; requires that certain group certificates for health insurance coverage be subject to requirements for individual health insurance policies; revises grounds for disapproval of insurance policy forms, etc. Amends Ch. 627, 641.31,.3111.
