Crimes Against Minors; revises elements of crimes of kidnapping minor child & false imprisonment of minor child; revises elements of crime of luring or enticing minor child for unlawful purpose; provides for prosecuting offender who has not been previously convicted of violation involving sexual battery or lewd or lascivious offense against minor; increases penalty imposed for offense of luring or enticing minor child for unlawful purpose, etc. Amends FS.
