GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Garcia
Real Estate Brokers/Trustees; prescribes additional entities that receive ownership interest in trust property when named trustee; clarifies that specified provision applies to real estate brokers acting as trustees; provides exceptions; revises provisions governing time within which disclaimer of interest in certain property may be made; provides for effect of disclaimer of tenancy-by-entirety property, etc. Amends 475.01, 689.071,.21.
