Arrest Without Warrant; authorizes law enforcement officer to make arrest without warrant when there is probable cause to believe that person has committed assault upon law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical care provider, public transit employees or agents, or certain other officers or has committed assault or battery upon any employee of receiving facility, etc. Amends 901.15, 947.141,.22.
