Motor Vehicles/Regulation of Movers; provides requirements, procedures, criteria, & limitations; authorizes DBPR to charge certain fees; provides for denial, suspension, & revocation of permits & decals; requires cargo valuation, cargo legal liability, & motor vehicle insurance coverage; prohibits collecting or requiring payment of certain charges after loss or destruction; specifies fraudulent transfers of moving companies; repeals local laws or ordinances in conflict, etc.
