Regulation of Movers; provides for registration of movers with Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept.; provides for local registration; provides for denial of or refusal to renew registration; requires cargo legal liability valuation & insurance coverage; requires estimates of moving costs; provides for delivery & storage of household goods; provides for local regulation; provides for enforcement by dept. under cooperative agreements with local governments, etc. APPROPRIATION: $400,000.
