GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Trovillion ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clarke
Business Regulation; provides for annual rather than biannual inspections of transient & nontransient apartments; revises requirements for testing & certification of food service managers, including fee requirements; requires elevator service maintenance contracts be made available to DBPR upon request for oversight purposes; extends period of validity of certificates of operation from 1 to 2 years, etc. Amends Chs. 399, 509.
