GENERAL BILL by Education ; Villalobos

Adult, Technical, & Community Educ.; revises provisions governing registration of adult students; revises provisions governing funding of adult & technical education programs; revises provisions governing postsecondary student fees; authorizes use of certain fee revenues to provide child care; revises provisions governing Florida Literacy Corps; authorizes demonstration program to be called Learning Gateway; provides for funding, etc. Amends Ch. 239.
