Education; eliminates obsolete references to "area" re technical centers operated by school districts; changes term "distance learning" to "distance education"; eliminates obsolete references to State Board of Community Colleges & Board of Regents; authorizes demonstration program to be called Learning Gateway; provides for funding, etc. Amends Chs. 230, 241, 244.
