GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Regulated Industries ; Pruitt
Communications Services Tax; amends provision re tax exemption on sale of communications services to religious or educational institutions; provides exception to requirement that dealers separately state communications services tax on bills & invoices; clarifies that E911 fee applies to certain customers; requires DOR to submit report on accuracy of 2001 state & local tax rates to Governor, Senate President, & House of Representatives Speaker, etc. Amends FS.
