Charter Schools; limits number of purposes charter school must accomplish; revises provisions re conversion charter schools; requires that noncertified teachers or instructors who are teaching out of their respective fields be supervised by certified teacher for specified period of time; provides that proposed charter school shall be considered public educational facility re site plan review, etc. Amends 228.056,.0561, 235.193.
