Comm. on Marriage & Family Support; provides legislative findings & intent; creates Commission on Marriage & Family Support Initiatives within DCFS; provides for membership; provides scope of activity; provides for coordination with other organizations & entities; provides for funding of commission; repeals certain provisions re Commission on Responsible Fatherhood & community-based programs to encourage responsible fatherhood. Creates 39.320; repeals various FS.
