Bail Bond Agencies & Agents; prescribes licensure requirements for managing general agents; provides for temporary permits; prescribes requirements for build-up accounts; revises qualifications for bail bond agents & temporary licenses; prohibits certain forms of solicitation & advertising; prescribes requirements for appointment of certain bail bond appointees who were previously appointed; provides severability, etc. Amends Ch. 648, 624.501,.523.
