Florida Retirement System; provides legislative purpose & intent to establish uniform contribution rate system for Fla. Retirement System; provides for establishment of uniform rates; provides allocations to Public Employee Optional Retirement Program accounts; provides for contributions for Social Security & for retiree health insurance subsidy; reduces contribution rates for DROP payroll, etc. Amends Ch. 121.
