GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Transportation ; Sebesta
High-Speed Rail Transportation; revises & provides additional powers & duties of authority; provides for determination of service areas & order of system segment construction; requires cooperation with metropolitan planning organizations; authorizes authority to develop & execute request for proposals process to seek person or entity to design, build, operate, maintain, & finance high-speed rail system, etc. Amends Ch. 341.
