GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy & Resources ; Wallace

Taxpayer's Rights; provides procedures & requirements for administrative proceedings on property taxes; provides requirements for certain petitions; specifies conditions & requirements for refund of filing fee under certain circumstances; authorizes petitioner to reschedule hearing under certain circumstances; prohibits certain persons from serving as special master, etc. Creates 120.585; amends 192.0105, 194.011,.013,.032,.035,.171, 213.015,.21.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
