GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Alexander ; Atwater ; Sorensen

Insurance; provides for certain additional coverages under Fla. Hurricane Castastrophe Fund; renames Residential Property & Casualty Joint Underwriting Association as Citizens Property Insurance Corporation to provide residential & commercial property insurance; provides for emergency assessments for policyholders of participating insurers; authorizes corporation to enter into quota share primary insurance agreements, etc. Amends Ch. 627, 215.555.
