GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Sanderson

Florida Retirement System; redefines term "retired state officer or employee" or "retiree"; revises membership requirements of Elected Officers' Class of system to include certain sheriffs & clerks of circuit court; amends provision re employer contributions to Public Employee Optional Retirement Prog.; creates provision re benefits payable under program; authorizes DMS to contract with private company to administer disability benefit program, etc. Amends Chs. 121, 110.
