GENERAL BILL by Council for Ready Infrastructure ; Health Regulation ; Flanagan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fiorentino ; Harrington ; Wishner

Traffic Control/Move Over Act; creates said act; provides requirements re authorized emergency vehicles making use of visual signals when parked; authorizes use of emergency lights & sirens on certain vehicles; authorizes wreckers to use amber rotating or flashing lights under certain circumstances; revises penalties for showing or displaying certain lights; provides penalty for violation of specified provision, etc. Amends 316.126,.2397,.2398, 318.18,.21.
