GENERAL BILL by Cowin
Pupil Progression; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S2488,2314) requires student retention when certain documented academic deficiencies have not been corrected; revises criteria for student retention based on reading deficiency in elementary school grades; deletes exemption. Amends 232.245.
