GENERAL BILL by Saunders

Health Care Practitioners; authorizes specified persons to release certain medical records to custodian upon board order; exempts such persons from liability for release of such records; provides additional penalties to be imposed on certain health care practitioners; revises conditions for health care practitioners to participate in impaired-practitioner treatment program as alternative to discipline. Amends 456.057,.072,.076.
