CS/CS/SB 382: Growth Management
GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs
Growth Management; requires that membership of all local planning agencies or equivalent agencies that review comprehensive plan amendments & rezonings include nonvoting representative of district school board; revises elements of comprehensive plans; provides for intergovernmental coordination between local governments & district school boards where public-school-facilities element has been adopted, etc. Amends Chs. 163, 186, 212, 235, 236, 380.
