Subacute Pediatric Transitional Care; requires AHCA to conduct study of health care services provided to medically fragile or medical-technology-dependent children; requires AHCA to conduct pilot program for subacute pediatric transitional care center; requires agency to amend Medicaid state plan & seek federal waivers as necessary; provides requirements for admission, transfer, & discharge of child to center, etc.
