CS/HB 569: Water Supply Policy

GENERAL BILL by Council for Smarter Government ; Russell ; Byrd ; Harrington ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Machek ; Goodlette ; Baxley ; Seiler ; Fasano ; Clarke ; Allen ; Harrell ; Gannon ; Carassas ; Spratt ; Dockery ; Argenziano ; Fiorentino ; Needelman ; Lynn ; Romeo ; Brummer ; Heyman ; Bilirakis ; Greenstein ; Kilmer

Water Supply Policy; specifies additional requirements for comprehensive plans re water resources, water supplies, & water supply plans; requires evaluation & appraisal report for building water supply facilities to include work plan; exempts use of nonpotable water for fireflow purposes from regulation as utility; provides legislative intent re reuse of reclaimed water, etc. Amends 163.3177,.3191, 367.022, 403.064,.1835; repeals 403.804(3).
