GENERAL BILL by Peaden
Domestic Violence; deletes reference to limitations on filing fees for domestic violence injunctions to conform to act; deletes requirement that court order certain defendants to attend batterers' intervention program; revises provisions re distribution of additional court costs assessed in specified circumstances; provides for actions by victims of dating violence, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 01/01/2003 except as otherwise provided
