GENERAL BILL by Local Government & Veterans Affairs ; Murman ; Fiorentino ; Bennett ; Alexander ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Carassas ; Clarke ; Farkas ; Harrington ; Hogan ; Lynn ; Kilmer

Dist. School Bds. & Local Govts.; requires that membership of all local planning agencies or equivalent agencies that review comprehensive plan amendments & rezonings include nonvoting representative of district school board; requires certain local governments & school boards to enter into public schools interlocal agreement; provides schedule; revises certain site planning & selection criteria, etc. Amends 163.3174, 235.19,.193; creates 163.31776.
