GENERAL BILL by Kendrick
Notaries Public; prohibits notaries from charging fees in excess of those which are reasonable under circumstances; provides increased bond requirement to be applied under certain circumstances; provides for inclusion of certain factors in determining reasonable fee for services; provides that notary may not perform any notarial act for which any fee is charged without recording act in journal, etc. Amends 117.01,.05,.107; creates 117.055.
