Sunshine for Seniors Act; provides popular name; provides definitions; provides legislative findings & intent; creates Sunshine for Seniors Program to assist low-income seniors with obtaining prescription drugs from manufacturers' pharmaceutical assistance programs; provides implementation & oversight duties of Elderly Affairs Dept.; provides for community partnerships; provides for contracts; requires annual evaluation reports on program, etc. Creates 430.83.
