Rec.; provides exemption from public-records requirements for information in videotaped statement held by law enforcement agency which reveals identity of certain minors; provides for disclosure to another governmental entity; requires that receiving governmental entity maintain confidentiality of identifying information; abrogates repeal of specified provision scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995. Amends 119.07; abrogates repeal of 119.07(3)2.
