Mobile Home Owners; provides for service of process in action for possession of residential premises; provides for license tax surcharge for deposit in Fla. Mobile Home Relocation Trust Fund; provides surcharge under Fla. Mobile Home Act on certain mobile home lots for deposit in Fla. Mobile Home Relocation TF; authorizes mobile home park owners to charge fee for cost of cleanup or repair of mobile home or lot under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
