Nursing Homes; amends definition of term "resident care plan" as used in certain provision; requires AHCA to give notice, as specified, of necessity to renew license; amends prerequisites to shared staffing; amends provisions that specify deficiencies in staffing which trigger admissions moratorium; amends provisions re minimum staffing requirements; provides exceptions for state of emergency declared by Governor, etc. Amends Ch. 400.
