Workers' Compensation; provides for employer's & carrier's responsibilities for production of documents; provides for waiver of employee confidentiality re medical records & reports under certain circumstances; requires certain medical reports to include specified information; provides conditions for independent medical exams; provides for claims & termination or suspension of claims for medical benefits in compensability admitted cases, etc. Amends FS.
