State Technology Office; defines certain definitions; changes title of head of State Technology Office; revises powers, duties, & functions of said office; requires library to pay certain costs for use of SUNCOM Network; requires agencies to submit disaster preparedness plans to State Technology Office; repeals specified provision to delete requirements that Auditor General annually audit Wireless Emergency Telephone System Fund, etc. Amends FS.
