Workers' Compensation; revises & deletes definitions; revises provisions re election & revocation of exemption to remove references to sole proprietors & partners; removes requirement that corporate officers provide proof of status to claim exemption; applies provisions re election of exemption from certain provision, to corporate officers rather than sole proprietors & partners; revises provisions re liability for compensation, etc. Amends Ch. 440.
