GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cowin
Children & Families; provides for court-ordered visitation for grandparents & great-grandparents under certain circumstances; provides for appointment of guardian ad litem & family mediation if court makes preliminary finding that minor is threatened with demonstrable significant mental or emotional harm without such visitation; requires court-ordered evaluation of child if mediation fails, etc. Amends Chs. 39, 63, 752, 61.13.
