SB 130: Cross-reporting of Violence

GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Cross-reporting of Violence; requires animal control officers or other agents appointed under specified provision to report known or suspected child abuse, abandonment, or neglect; requires persons who are required to report or investigate child abuse, abandonment, or neglect under certain provisions to report known or suspected animal abuse, neglect, cruelty, or abandonment, etc. Amends 39.201, 828.073; creates 39.208; reenacts 39.202(4),.205(1).
