Criminal Offenses Against Elderly; provides for mandatory term of imprisonment for certain thefts against persons 65 years of age or older; changes dollar values which constitute differing levels of offense; provides for mandatory term of imprisonment for certain acts of exploitation against elderly person or disabled adult; ranks such offenses on offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code. Amends 812.0145, 825.103, 921.0022.
