HB 1321: Child & Vulnerable Adults Abuse

Child & Vulnerable Adults Abuse; abrogates right of privileged communication between any member of clergy & person seeking spiritual counsel & advice re cases involving child abuse, abandonment, or neglect; provides that person commits sexual battery which is first degree felony when offender is person who has responsibility for welfare, guidance, direction, supervision, education, or spiritual well-being of child under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
