Fla. Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; includes certain accounts, formerly certain associations, within Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; includes such corporation within operation of certain definitions; authorizes State Board of Administration to charge interest on delinquent remittances to Fla. Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; expands insurers eligible for exemptions from certain reimbursement contract & premium provisions, etc. Amends 215.555.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
