Florida Building Code/Elevators; applies code requirements to certain additional structures; provides requirements, procedures, limitations, & criteria for regional emergency elevator access; revises specific powers of Fla. Bldg. Commission; provides for interpretations of building code by certain entities; exempts truss placement plans from certain requirements; prohibits certain installations of fireworks or pyrotechnic devices in certain facilities, etc. Amends FS.
