GENERAL BILL by Adams ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rivera

Dependent Children; clarifies right of access to records for certain attorneys & provides right to access for certain school employees & certain employees & volunteers of certified domestic violence center; authorizes CFS & specified law enf. agencies to release certain info when child is under investigation or supervision; provides standards for background screening of persons seeking approval as relative & nonrelative caregivers of children, etc. Amends FS.
