Florida Jury Patriotism Act; provides state policy that all qualified citizens have obligation to serve on petit juries when called; provides requirements re postponement of petit jury participation; revises language re persons disqualified or excused from jury services; provides for excuses from petit jury service; revises language re summoning jurors; provides for Lengthy Trial Fund; provides for employment protection while on jury service, etc. Amends Ch. 40.
