PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Children and Families

Family Foster Homes/Pub. Rec.; creates exemption for certain information held by CFS Dept., Health Dept., & fire inspector concerning licensed family foster homes & applicants for such licensure; exempts names of minor children & household members, information that would identify neighbors, & medical records & medical information from public disclosure; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity, etc. Amends 409.175.
