GENERAL BILL by Fields
Workers' Compensation; redefines term "employee" for purposes of Workers' Compensation Law; revises provisions that authorize certain officers of corporation to elect to be exempt from specified provisions; redefines term "employment" & "wages"; removes references to sole proprietors & partners from provisions authorizing election of exemption; includes licensed psychologist within definition of terms "physician" & "doctor", etc. Amends Chs. 440, 627.
