Weight-loss Pills; defines term "weight-loss pill"; prohibits sale, or other transfer of weight-loss pills to minors; provides defense; requires establishments selling such pills at retail to post notice that such sale is unlawful; provides penalties; authorizes Agriculture Department to adopt rules.
