HB 1675: Facilitating or Furthering Burglary

GENERAL BILL by Prieguez ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Cantens

Facilitating or Furthering Burglary; defines term "burglary"; provides that it is third-degree felony for person to damage wire or line that transmits or conveys telephone or power to dwelling or to otherwise impair or impede such telephone or power transmission or conveyance for purpose of facilitating or furthering commission or attempted commission of burglary of dwelling, etc. Creates 810.061; reenacts 810.02(1)(b); amends 921.0022.
