GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Mack ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kendrick

Injury/Illness Report/Pub. Records; eliminates public records exemption for reports of injury or illness filed under Workers' Compensation Law that would identify ill or injured employee; provides exemption from public records requirements for information identifying ill or injured worker filed pursuant to Workers' Compensation Law & held by Financial Services Dept., DOE, or Administrative Hearings Division, etc. Amends 440.185; creates 440.592.
