GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal Justice ; Children and Families ; Lynn
Dependent Children; clarifies right of access to records for certain attorneys & provides right to access for certain school employees & certain employees & volunteers of certified domestic violence center; requires certain screening of prospective adoptive parents; provides for background screening for summer camp personnel; provides for filing of police reports for missing children in county or municipality where child was last seen, etc. Amends FS.
