GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Joyner ; Kottkamp

Probate & Trusts; provides that fact that missing person was subject to specific peril of death is evidence for finding of presumptive death; provides that military testamentary instruments executed pursuant to federal law are valid in this state; revises language re notice of administration & re general power of personal representative & re notice to creditors; revises language re costs & attorney's fees, etc. Amends FS.
