Governmental Reorganization; conforms Florida Statutes to amendment of Article IV, Section 4 of State Constitution, in which functions of former positions of Comptroller & Treasurer were combined into Office of Chief Financial Officer, & specified provisions which reorganized certain executive-branch duties & functions to implement such constitutional amendment, etc. Amends FS.
